Description

Brittany is a 9" jointed wooden Limited Edition artist doll that was manufactured in China circa 2000-on as a "Robert Raikes Collectibles" doll.  She still wears her "Brittany 97/500" medallion that appears to have been signed by Robert Raikes himself.  She is a tightly strung wooden doll that is jointed at her neck, shoulders, and thighs.  She may be dressed for the Christmas holidays or wintertime in her long cranberry faux fur "Santa-styled" coat, coordinating bonnet detailed with lace, faux white fur muff, Scottie dog printed dress, coordinating pantaloons, side-buttoned white spats, and black vinyl flats.  The snaps to her coat have tarnished with age.  Brittany's "Raikes" tagged dropped waist dress is appealing with its Scottie dog print, its bodice detailed in buttons and lace, and its white ribbon bow embellishment at its waistline.  Brittany is a lovely Robert Raikes creation with amber brown eyes, gentle blush, and rosy lips (rubs).
Her brunette mohair wig is elaborate with ringlets.
