Lovely Fostoria Nappy bowl with handle (originally intended to serve candy or after dinner mints.)
Dimensions Approx.   2" high, 5 1/4" across... base 2 1/2".

Clear with frosted / etched glass circles
Circles feature a starburst flame surrounding a torch, & an eagle with wings spread, sitting under three stars & the date 1881.
